READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY
These General Conditions will expressly regulate the relationships arising between Luxe per a gossos slu with registered office at Naus teixidor local1, AD400 LA MASSANA. ANDORRS -hereinafter, “andorrapets”) and third parties (hereinafter, “Users”) who register as users and/or purchase products through the online store of the official andorrapets website (https://andorrapets.com”, hereinafter the “Store”).
USER OBLIGATIONS
2.1 The User is obliged, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store’s services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the property and rights of yorky’s, its suppliers, Users or in general any third party.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
3.1 Andorrapets reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, Andorrapets may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store. It is understood that, unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Furthermore,
Andorrapets reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store at any time and without prior notice.
3.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond as faithfully as possible to the Products actually offered, as web display technology allows. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear in the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and include the General Tax (IGI), unless otherwise indicated.
PROCEDURE AND FORM OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS
4.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, andorrapets will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. This email will assign a purchase reference code and detail the Product’s characteristics, its price, shipping costs, and details of the different payment options for the Products to andorrapets.
4.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.
4.3 Andorrapets will archive the electronic documents formalizing the contract, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be executed in Spanish.
4.4 The order confirmation sent by Yorky’s is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase. Yorky’s will send the corresponding invoice along with the Product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The User has a right of withdrawal by which they may contact yorky’s via email at the following address: [email protected] and withdraw from the purchase within a period of no more than seven (7) business days, counted from receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent together with the duly completed return form and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, duly completed, with yorky’s bearing the direct cost of returning the Product. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that yorky’s indicates to the User in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of seven (7) days from when yorky’s indicates the return method.
5.2 Withdrawal entails a refund of the amount paid. To do so, the customer must indicate on the return slip the number and name of the credit card to which Yorky’s must issue the credit. The deadline for such refund will be as established by law.
5.3 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
7.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of Andorra, so the delivery service will only be for said territory. Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified. The maximum delivery time is 2-3 business days.
7.2 The Andorrapets delivery service is provided in collaboration with various renowned logistics operators. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses.
7.3 Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping costs.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
8.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store and each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in connection with them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Yorky’s itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not attribute to the User any rights with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights other than those specifically contemplated therein.
8.2 Unless authorized by andorrapets or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access through any form of public communication to any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the Store solely for their own needs, and undertakes not to engage in any direct or indirect commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through them.
8.3 The User must refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by Yorky’s or by third parties in the Store.
DATA PROTECTION
9.1 In compliance with Law 15/99 (LOPD), we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as information from transactions, will be included and stored in a file owned by Yorky’s for processing until you request its deletion. The processing will be used for the development and execution of sales, personalized service for the products and services you purchase, and for improving such service, as well as for promoting our own products and services and those of third-party companies linked to Andorrapets.
Luxe per Gossos slu will treat this data with the utmost confidentiality and will be the sole and exclusive recipient thereof. It will not transfer or communicate it to third parties other than as required by current regulations.
The user expressly authorizes Luxe per Gossos to send commercial communications, promotional offers, and contests, including via electronic means.
9.2 The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation at any time by contacting Luxe per Gossos slui by email to [email protected], attaching a copy of their NIF or substitute identification document.
9.3. Responses marked with * on the registration form are mandatory. Failure to respond will prevent you from purchasing the selected products.
PASSWORDS
10.1 Andorrapets will provide personal passwords to users who register on the Website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. Users must maintain these passwords under their sole responsibility and are therefore responsible for any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or disclosure of this confidentiality. For security reasons, the password for online access to the services linked to the Website may be changed at any time by the user. The user agrees to immediately notify Yorky’s of any unauthorized use of their password, as well as of any unauthorized third-party access to it.
General Description
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
Books with obvious signs of use.
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Items for sale
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver received the order to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping and returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
